Al. Neyer Builds Class A Office Campus in Frankin, Tennesse

Al.  Neyer is developing and constructing a new five-story, 175,000 SF Class A office building in the Cool Springs submarket of Franklin, Tennessee.  Al. Neyer is calling the project Mallory Green to complement the location and the four acres of protected green space within the overall 18 acre development.  The plans also calls for two business class hotels to be co-developed and built in the first phase.  A second phase could include a second office building and parking garage to serve both offices and hotels.  The five-story office will feature plenty of floor-to-ceiling glass, with curtain wall construction, and large open floor plates that will open the office and give it an abundance of natural light.  Included in the initial phase are approximately 950 surface parking spaces as well as 85 reserved parking spaces beneath the building.

The four acres of protected green space on the site will have leisure paths leading over a natural stream, connecting to more than 45 restaurants located within walking distance of the building. Major office tenants will appreciate this project because of its convenient access to Interstate I-65 and numerous amenities, and its ability to provide employees with more than a place to work.

Al. Neyer expects to complete construction by the end of 2018.
