Al. Neyer Goes Big With Development of More Than 790,000 Sf of Industrial Space
Al. Neyer and Dallas based developer Hillwood have joined forces to deliver more than 44 acres of industrial space in Hebron, Kentucky. The site will soon feature two large industrial buildings of 589,210 SF and 209,500 SF, respectively. The location near the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport and Interstates I-71, I-74, and I-275 make it the ideal place for distribution of goods to the Midwest and beyond.
Al. Neyer was inspired to build this project because of its design-build expertise and experience in precast-tilt construction of similar developments. The two buildings will feature 32’ and 36’ clear heights, cross-dock loading, T-5 lighting and ESFR fire protection systems. These buildings intend to help meet the region’s tight demand for industrial space – something that is sought after by major distributors seeking a prime location
Al. Neyer began construction in September 2016 and plans to have both buildings finished by July 2017.
