Business Owner Hires Neyer to Build Industrial Space That Showcases His Company’s Work

Hahn Automation needed a new building after the company split from a business partner. The client liked the site of the original business, which was designed and built by Al. Neyer, and selected the developer to create a new space in the same business park.

The Al. Neyer team designed the manufacturing area to support Hahn’s high tech capabilities. The space was air conditioned and interior walls and ceiling painted. The floor was designed with increased thickness to ensure enough support was in place to handle operations.

A native of Germany, the business owner said he wanted an open feel for the building. Neyer achieved this by placing additional glass in the manufacturing and office areas to bring natural light into the space and to take advantage of the views of surrounding woods.

The project met the client’s needs, as well as the scope of budget and scheduling.
