Al. Neyer Finds Perfect Location to Allow Client to Treat Growing Military Community

Dayton VA Medical Center operates four significant community-based outpatient clinics, one of which has been located in a strip shopping center in the city of Middletown, Ohio, since the mid-1990s. Given the need to treat an increasing number of men and women returning from overseas military engagement, Dayton VA released a competitive request for proposals for a new freestanding clinic. Dayton VA chose Al. Neyer based on reputation, skill of team, ability to meet client requirements, and a desirable site in our North Pointe development, which well-positioned near Middletown’s Atrium Medical Center and Interstate 75.

Al. Neyer’s seamless management of the integrated project team maximized performance and delivered value throughout the construction process.

“We will continue to collaborate with community stakeholders and veteran service organizations in an effort to meet the health care needs of our nation’s veterans.”

Guy B. Richardson, Director
