Al. Neyer Delivers Luxury Living in Downtown Cincinnati

The corner of Seventh and Broadway is no stranger to the team at Al. Neyer. The company was selected by the City of Cincinnati to build a five-story parking garage that was completed in 2003. Al. Neyer was called on again for an expansion to the garage, adding another three stories in 2010.

Al. Neyer was chosen a third time for a project at the site – this time to design and build a $22 million apartment tower above the parking garage. Developers North American Properties and NorthPointe Group had worked with Al. Neyer before, and they knew the team could deliver a signature project for this corner of Downtown Cincinnati. John Senhauser Architects served as the architect of record.

The 111 luxury units at Seven at Broadway feature studio, 1- and 2-bedroom floor plans featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and other luxury finishes. The development presents high-end common spaces including a grand lobby and well-appointed workout facility. Residents are invited to soak up sweeping views of the city and Ohio River from a rooftop terrace that boasts a bar, lounge space, and inviting fire pit.
