Pennsylvania Client Calls on Al. Neyer for Repeat Business

Al. Neyer’s construction team worked swiftly to complete flexible office space near Pittsburgh. The Oxford Development Company selected Al. Neyer to serve as construction manager for two Class A flex office buildings at 250 Industry Drive in RDIC Park West. WTW Architects led the design efforts for the buildings.

The matching 44,000 SF buildings have the potential to be joined by a center connection, offering greater flexibility. The space is designed to be incredibly efficient; no common area space maximizes the amount of rentable space.

This flexible space accommodates a variety of users and business operations including general office, R&D, Technology, and product assembly. The design of these buildings also provides greater density and open and exposed floor plans.

Tenants appreciate the prominent location in the RDIC Park West Business Park area, which offers convenient access to the Pittsburgh International Airport, I-376 and I-79. The location is only 15 minutes away from Downtown Pittsburgh.

Al. Neyer’s team completed construction in early 2016.
