Working with developer partner DCI Properties, Neyer created 31 luxury condominium units in two four-story projects built directly on the banks of the Ohio River in the city's historic East End neighborhood. The building's high-end residences feature continuous decks to capture the amazing views west to the downtown Cincinnati skyline and east to the emerald Kentucky hills.

Waterfront East continues the momentum of sensitive redevelopment within this treasured historic urban neighborhood, and at the same time takes advantage of the trend of more affluent residents' moving back to the excitement of city living.
