The physician owners group of the Surgery Center of Evendale is a repeat client, like many we serve: we had built their Butler County Surgery Center several years earlier.  They chose Al. Neyer again when it was time to move into a larger market.  This time we helped the physicians acquire land from the local government authority at a substantial discount, then designed and built their facility in just 10 months.

The physicians at the Surgery Center of Evendale perform over 1,000 procedures a month, including general surgery, orthopedics, podiatry, endoscopy and pain management.  The versatile facility opened on schedule without a hitch, thanks in part to the speed of our design-build process.  The six acre site provides plenty of parking and room to grow.
