The joint venture between Dallas-based Hillwood and Al Neyer will build two speculative industrial buildings measuring more than 589,000 square feet and nearly 209,500 square feet, respectively. This marks Hillwood’s second development in Greater Cincinnati following its project with Dermody Properties where it was a capital partner.
