Champion Windows is an industry innovator that is quickly capturing the market for factory-direct, custom-built residential replacement windows. The company has grown by adding product lines including custom-built enclosed patio rooms, outdoor furniture, vinyl siding and entry doors.

Neyer used the design-build method to complete Champion's 334,000-square-foot corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility, overcoming significant site challenges to make it happen. Because of their strong growth, this is the second headquarters site Neyer has created for Champion in the past few years. In addition, Champion relies on Neyer to develop manufacturing facilities and retail-oriented showrooms in key markets throughout the United States.
